Insulation, Siding, and Wiring

Repaired exterior woodpecker damage and wood rot after exposure to harsh elements. Insulation and new electrical lights were installed. The siding was replaced and re-stained to match.

175 ft Linear Cedar Fence

After attaining a permit, this linear 175 ft. fence was erected to protect small pets and enclose the property. Clear coat was applied on both sides to ensure longevity and a strong build to withstand the San Bernardino snow storms.

Railing/Banister Restain

After years of hard use, this gate was reframed, restructured to close properly, sanded and painted to match.

Railing Restain

Railing was sanded down and re-stained after. A clear protective top coat was applied after to ensure longevity against the winter elements.

Siding Replacement/ Exterior Paint

Total replacement of siding after devastating woodpecker and natural element damage. Original top section T1-11 plywood was replaced with 4x8 ft of hardy backer concrete siding and painted to match.
