OUR
STORY
Why the name,
"Potter's Clay Consulting"?
The business name's origin emulates the Biblical potter at the wheel. Even if parts of your company are restructured, like pottery, it's still the original "clay". I evaluate the company with the goal of creating a united whole, much like the potter's vessel at the wheel.

About
My name is Breanna Reeder, MBM and I am an Organizational Developer.
In my almost 7 years as a consultant, I've restructured businesses suffering from embezzlement, security breaches, executive leadership resignations, and more. Leaving the corporate world, I specialize in small businesses as they boost economic growth, create jobs, and create community.

My approach is attainable for the overburdened business owner. In addition to being a consultant, I'm a website designer. So our strategies will be reflected internally within your company and externally to your clients.

Past examples are insurance brokers, contractors, estheticians, pianists, and more.

My family and I reside in LA County.

Core Values
ἄδολος, εá¼±λικρινής | Kintsugi
ἄδολος, εá¼±λικρινής: Greek words for sincere/without wax
In ancient times, corrupt merchants sold pottery with wax to hide cracks and imperfections. To test it, it was raised to the Mediterranean sun to melt the wax. Genuine merchants proclaimed their pottery was "sincere" or "without wax".
Kintsugi: The Japanese technique of repairing pottery
Kintsugi is a method for repairing broken pottery with melted gold. This technique makes the vessel stronger than before.
Similarly, Potter's Clay Consulting uses a sincere approach and will repair a business with gold, not wax.
